Blackwater AquaticsReviews of bwaquatics.com

I am impressed with the selection and web interface at BW Aquatics, and the streamlined purchasing experience. My only caveat was that with next day shipping, there wasn't much warning of when fish would arrive, once packed and ready. That just made it a little tough to make sure I was around to receive the animals. The fish I received were in good health and beautiful. A great resource for hobbyists! Overall, a good experience and would recommend for others.

BWAquatics The Best !

Professional packaging. Fish were in great health. Fast shipping. Highly recommend

Their timely response to inquiries and overall customer service IS the best I have experienced from ANY business, online or big box. Just good people.

Henry was super helpful and patient (after having to answer a ton of questions). I received "Rio" (my new Betta Smaragdina Guitar Copper) super fast and in great shape!! I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase with BWAquatics. Absolutely professional and absolutely passionate about their business. I am totally happy with my new fish, totally happy with Henry and totally happy with BWAquatics!!!

Very responsive, and the Betta arrived in great condition. He's loving his new home. Would 10/10 order from them again.

I got the fish I wanted, he settled in his new home so well. I was worried he wouldn’t assimilate into the community tank I have but I was told he’d do fine and that he has done.

Great sellers and very informative. I've made multiple purchases through them and I've never been disappointed. They will definitely take care of you.
