I was happy they had the selection I wanted. I paid extra for ice, got 4 bags of it, to make sure it would stay cold. The box arrived with my six bottles in a regular cardboard box with some ice packs that were already hot, not cold at all, none of them touching the wine just placed in holder spots. There was nothing keeping it cold, I thought some sort of styrofoam or something to hold the cold in. All six bottles warm/hot to the touch. The $20 extra for ice was a waste. I emailed twice waiting a few days to see if I could get a reply but nothing. Wish I could have included the picture of how they arrived. Bittersweet to find the wine only to be disappointed. I gave a 2 since they actually had it vs places that didn't, probably should have gave a 1. Maybe your experience will differ. Will post an update if they ever respond.

My question was answered quickly, my request was granted, and Lupe offered more help if needed. I love the selection of red wines and updated my subscription to fit my needs. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks so much.
