Simple to use. Somewhat persistant with additional offers

Obwohl nur 2 Tücher bestellt waren, wurden bei PayPal 8 Tücher berechnet. Heutige Lieferung getestet, null Verbesserung erzielt, die versprochenen Produktleistungen werden noch nicht einmal ansatzweise erfüllt. Dieses Produkt erzielt noch nicht Mal 1 Stern, hoffentlich lesen viele Menschen diese Bewertung um nicht auch noch betrogen zu werden. Leider habe ich vor der Bestellung versäumt die vielen, zu Recht, negativen Beurteilung zu lesen.

This is a dishonest sales process offering multiple confusing webpages with 'one-time special offers'. When I eventually got to the final page, there were additional items in my order which I did not want. BUT there was no option to amend the basket. This 'order' page was presented as 'confirmed order' - which it wasn't. It included the ludicrous claim that the items I had supposedly ordered were offered at a discount of £276.20! The 'contact us' button was broken. There was no way to stop the 'sale.' Minutes later, I got an email saying the order had been shipped. Highly dodgy. You have been warned! UPDATE: I have subsequently received text and email prompts to buy further goods, aggressively worded and again claiming preposterous discounts. I replied to the email telling him what I thought of his dishonest sales approach and - guess what? - the email bounced as undeliverable. What a surprise! Following the standard Trustpilot response below from Nanopolix I got this message: Good day, Aryanne! Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience with Nanopolix. Kind regards, Russel | Customer Support Representative I replied as follows: Well, Russel, I want a refund. I ONLY wanted to buy the £17.95 paint repair. I DIDN'T want to buy a headlight at £19.99 or the 2 x Car Cloth + Warranty at £39.95. These items could not be removed from my basket at checkout because there was no option to do that. They were presented as 'confirmed order'. I am therefore owed £59.94 which I require refunded to my PayPal account. For the record, the hidden shipping charge of £6.95 was not mentioned anywhere that I saw. If you are serious about rectifying this situation, as opposed to going through the motions of responding to a negative Trustpilot review, you can refund that too. I will post your message and this reply so potential purchasers are aware. UPDATE I have now received a full refund from Nanopolix.

This company’s website is designed to take multiple payments from customers regardless of supposed options to say “no thanks”. You end up paying for items that you don’t want. This happens to the tune of over £100 minimum. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN. They subsequently send multiple emails offering huge discounts, a common ploy of a hard sell company. Despite not ordering all of this stuff, they have now come back with the standard “ it’s already been dispatched “. So I presume I am expected to take all the packages back to a post office. I DID NOT ORDER THIS.
