Falscher Verrechnung u. Rückgaberecht kein Geld zurück
Ich habe diese Tücher bestellt mit 4 +6 Gratis. Hätte 48,92 € bezahlen sollen. Abgebucht wurden 137,19 €. Habe sofort storniert nach Bestellung. Mir wurde geschrieben, dass dies vom System nicht geht, ich soll die Annahme verweigern u. nach der Rücksendung erhalte ich das Geld zurück. Seit 2 Monaten urgiere ich die Rückzahlung. Heute schreibt mir jemand (obwohl man auch 30 Tage Rückgabe recht hat), dass dies ein Verstoß gegen den Kaufvertrag ist, daher kein Geld. Die Methoden sind Täuschung. Unter diesen Voraussetzungen kann ich nur abraten dort etwas zu bestellen.
