Unfortunately, the United States Post Office has been experiencing delays due to an increase volume in packages -- this has been posted on their website as well. We wish we had control over this but once a package leaves our warehouse, it's up to them to make the final delivery. Upon checking your order information, we were able to confirm that your package was delivered on January 11th. We thank you for your understanding and hope you enjoy your purchase. Thank you!

Hello, Due to the Holidays, the United States Postal Service has been experiencing an increase volume of packages and have limited employee availability due to COVID-19. This has been announced on their website as well. Unfortunately, the situation has caused occasional delays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but once a package leaves our warehouse it is at the mercy of the postal service. Thank you for your understanding.
