I ordered an item I could not find anywhere. The price was reasonable, website easy to use, and the product arrived quickly and correct.

This is the second order I've had to place with you. The first one, you said there was fraud on my account, but actually there wasn't any. You cancelled my order and caused me a lot of problems. You didn't even try to make things right, you just cancelled it. Your customer service leaves a lot of room for improvement and should be monitored. You accuse your customers of things that aren't even their fault. Really poor, poor, poor customer service!!!!

Love the lipstick

I ordered product. A few days later, I received an email that read there was an issue with my order and to call, or the order would be canceled. I called, but got voicemail. I left a message to call me; however, I was never contacted, and my order was ultimately canceled.

My favorite lipstick has been discontinued by Maybelline and I can’t seem to find a dupe for it. BuyMeBeauty is an excellent source for discontinued makeup. I ordered 2 of my favorite lipstick and it came in a timely manner. Will use this site again.
