Hello! We apologize that you had this experience with your recent purchase. After further review, when you reached out on November 28th a customer service representative requested for more details regarding your order. Upon your response containing your order details on December 14th, we were able to track your order and discovered it had been lost in transit. As you preferred, we provided a solution and issued a full refund on December 15th. Please review your records as the refunds may show as separate transactions.
