I am disabled mentally. i don't mind telling you i have an acute panic dissorder, and i went on your site to buy this product for my daughter and granddaughter and hit wrong buttons at 5am this morning.. the total came to 90.00!! My husband is a detective and he was so angry. long story short for 5 hrs no one was answering me i needed to cancel this. so i called i got a women named Maricar Delos Sandos Lucena, i told her i have trouble understanding things and i want to cancel this. she helped me so much she could not have been kinder, patient with me and lowered the price for me.. My husband thought this sight was a scam and was going to call the better business burro i told him let me call, he asked if i can i said yes what i dont understand i will tell them. She had to tell me 4 times how much she was lowering the price and asked me why i went on the site i said because my daughter and granddaughter who is 14 love in sence. She could not have been any kinder.. sweet , caring and really pushed the product.. what great customer service.. she was amazing. i did have to ask her more questions of what she said because it is hard for me to understand, my husband is at work and i said i am so sorry i keep asking you to repeat what you said and she said it is ok, it is not your fault i am here to help.. what a great customer service person she has and all because of Maricar i did not cancel the order.. she gave me a better price i hit wrong buttons.. she was sooooooooo helpful, kind, caring and very very patient with me i can not say that enough.. I didn’t want the meditation app and they quickly were able to resolve so I wouldn’t be charged

Wonderful customer service & very pleasant experience! I’ve made a mistake by adding something extra I wasn’t aware of to my initial order. Upon noticing the error I’ve reached out to customer service and they’ve responded to me right away, resolving my issue without giving me a hard time. Errion Cirstie Cordez, Prince Dean Baya and a third lady representative also, who’s name I didn’t get to memorize unfortunately (sorry😩) You’re all awesome and so professional, thank you so much for taking care of me! 😊🙏🏻 I didn’t receive my order yet so I can’t provide any feedback about the actual product but I’ll be back here and tell you all about it once it arrives! THANK YOU again!🙏🏻Happy Holidays! Kind Regards, Orsolya Kelly

The fountain broken 2 of 100 packs very all over the shipping bag

I LOVE the waterfall. It has a simple design and is beautiful to watch. I bought them for my staff as a holiday gift. Although I was not satisfied with the cones (scent and burning time) I found the customer service to respond in good time and they were helpful and courteous. Ultimately they are helpful and showed that they do want their customers to be satisfied. Would buy again from them.

The customer service is phenomenal! Prompt and courteous response every time. When I had a question or issue, they resolved it. The product I received was fabulous and arrived quickly. Very impressive!

I ordered an incense waterfall from this company. I haven’t received it yet but please be careful when purchasing from here. I would decline any offer that pops up after you agree to purchase the item you came there for because there is a shady marketing practice behind this company and I was charged 30 bucks for something i only thought I was paying 4 dollars for. The company resolved the issue and will be issuing a refund which is not too bad but the problem was annoying to have to deal with in the first place. The reps were nice but they did try to talk me into keeping the item but I understood that was her job so I wasn’t upset with the rep just the company. I probably won’t do business with them again.
