I did some online shopping 🛍 and ran into a couple of issues that needed to be resolved by those involved in this purchase. Expecting a long, antagonistic interaction, I was very pleasantly surprised to find the exact opposite of what I first expected. Instead of a confrontational exchange I had a very, very friendly, professional, courteous exchange with a great representative who not only solved my issues, but actually interested me in making additional purchases. Lianne is the customer service representative I spoke with and she was exceptional in every positive way, and represented herself and her company well, very well. It would be a pleasure speaking with her again regardless of circumstances.

I recently ordered from them,but accidentally hit the button for extra cones. I sent them an email and the corrected the problem promptly. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you Peggy

In this day and age in which we live, unfortunately, it is a rarity when one receives excellent service from a company. Fortunately, I recently experienced one of these rare occasions after placing an order with Inscents Waterfall. I had a major dispute with an order I placed with them. They not only responded IMMEDIATELY to my dispute but exceeded my expectations in resolving the dispute. (Even though my dispute centered around a mistake that I made with the order.) Bravo! I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for one of its products.

Thee shipping department could improve on how quickly an order is processed as well as shipping. I’d hate for someone to have to wait a month for a product that should be received win a timely manner.

I made an error in my order on Sunday night do I emailed the company about correcting it then made a phone call, which on Sunday night didn't think anyone would answer. Someone did answer and the very nice lady told me it was already being corrected and that an email was gonna be sent to me that night stating the correction. The lady on the phone was super nice, the website is cool and we're super excited to receive this product.

Excellent customer service. Respond quickly. I have received my pots and they exceeded my expectations. They are beautiful and can’t wait to give them for Christmas gifts
