I was very skeptical. I had gone to a local audiologist and their price for the phonak I90 Sphere hearing aids was $7500. I had decided no price was too high for something that actually worked because I have tried a lot of options over the years and nothing was quite doing it for me. The Sphere are by far superior to anything before but not $7,500 worth of superior. So you can understand when I started looking for other options and buyhearingaid.com was charging $2,400 for the exact same product…I was a little suspicious. They were great communicating with me…which made me more suspicious. I did some research, consulting heavily with ChatGPT and decided to do it. It worked and I am now wearing my Sphere 90s rocking out to some awesome 80’s music with an extra 5Gs in my pocket. I’m was looking for the best price on new hearing aids. From start to finish I found that with Buybearingaid.com, and their customer service this far has been stellar.

I believe they know what they are doing and, although my aids didn't work out for me, my experience with the firm and the quality was very good. They stand behind their products.

Purchasing was easy but the billing receipt was rather primitive. It did not have my name on it nor did it have the method of payment. The company employee was very nice and emailed me the information I requested about my purchase.
