I was told at the audiologist’s office that a replacement hearing aid charger would be $300 and take two weeks. My order from Buyhearingaid wa $200 and took three days, and I am a happy customer.

I highly recommend Mike and buyhearingaid.com for hearing aid services. I recently upgrade my hearing aid phonak infinio sphere to the ultra version. I shipped my hearing aid and Mike and his group completed the task on time and without any issues. Their price is probably among the lowest in the industry. On another occasion, I order P2 receivers for my Phonak. Initially the company sent the wrong ones but once I got hold of Mike, he quickly sent the correct P2 receivers. Overall, I found Mike very responsive and attentive to the task.

Process of hearing test was fast and easy, ordering hearing aids was also quick and easy. I had a pair of Signia hearing aids that I paid $3,500 going through an audiologist, purchased the lastest model of the same hearing aids for $1,800. Great company.

Great communication, great price, honest people. I got an unexpected benefit from this hearing aid that is worth sharing. I spend about 50% of my day on conference calls. This hearing aid is particularly good about switching between my Windows bluetooth and my iPhone. Before I got these I would generally go through a process of pulling out my airpods and making sure they were connected to my computer for my video conference. This was an experience that often devolved to some of the filthiest words I could conjure. With these new hearing aids I don’t have to do anything but click the link to the conference. I would consider having these even if I didn’t have hearing loss. This technology is finally catching up to its promise.

I purchased a PHONAK Sphere infinio i90 ultra hearing aid. They have been terrific! however I started having problems with the right one not being able to fully charge, or last longer than 3 hours. I phoned and talked to Mike. He said that I had to send an email to buyhearingaid. I sent one to Mike and Dave on July 31 detailing the problem. I never heard back from them. today is August 19, still no contact. My issue has resolved but I would have liked some insight as to what might have caused the glitch and what to do if it reoccurs. So will I get service if I need it? It doesn't look like it.

So far my experience has been wonderful. Im working with my hearing audiologist and her team to finalize fit on my device but I have had a positive experience learning with the team while identifying my hearing loss plan.
