Mike Smith was wonderful. He helped me in every way possible that an older, less internet clever person could wish for. I recommend this company and dealing with mike completely. Sincerely, Judy Jennings in California

I received excellent service from Charity and Mike. Charity was very helpful with reprograming the hearing aids and then recommending me to get the firmware upgraded. Mike was very helpful sending me the return label. Overall, buyhearingaid.com was a good choice for price and service. I would recommend it.

I was in the market for new hearing aids. I came across Buyhearingaid.com and I was a little skeptical at first as I hate to buy things online without seeing, feeling and touching the products. When I called a wonderful service technician named Mike was able to answer all my questions and explained everything about the new EON 90 hearing aids. Aids were recieved in about 1 weeks, packaging was fine, aids arrived all ready programmed (from a prior test we did) prior to shipping. An audiologist programmed my aids based on the hearing test results which was super easy and done at home. I really am very impressed on how the world is moving so fast in this industry and how much mark-up the retail store are making. Buyhearingaid.com will be my new goto online store for all my future hearing Aid needs. I highly recommend them....
