I love Black Hills Gold, the earrings were smaller than I thought but were beautiful. I received them timely and satisfied with their quality. Definitely going to continue purchasing more.

The product was listed as an in stock item and after ordering I found out it would take another week for production. Than it shipped from some place back east so it was late and I could not get them to the person I ordered it for for Christmas.

Thanks for your feedback. You had ordered two pendants on Dec 12. The Angel pendant which was listed "InStock'' was shipped the next day, Dec 13 from our warehouse in Massachusetts. The other pendant which was announced to ship in 5-10 days was shipped on Dec 15 from our manufacturer's facility in South Dakota. As per USPS tracking, the packages were delivered on Dec 22 & Dec 23. We are sorry if the packages did not arrive soon enough. During the Christmas season packages take longer transit time via USPS First Class. Hence we announced our Christmas shoppers to upgrade shipping to Priority Mail or 2 day shipping to ensure faster delivery.

I ordered a hummingbird necklace for my granddaughter. I was amazed at how beautiful and delicate it was when I saw it. It arrived on time and the entire experience was easy. I'm sure she is going to LOVE it.
