Thanks for your feedback. You had ordered black hills gold ring on Dec 20. The hearts ring which was you purchased is a made to order design which takes up to 7 weeks of manufacturing time as announced on our website. Your ring was shipped on Jan 25 from our manufacturer's facility in South Dakota. We are sorry if the packages did not arrive soon enough.

Three stone family ring is gorgeous! Genuine stones are bright and look perfect to me. I took 1 star away because I specifically requested stones placements and they are not placed as I asked or as shown on diagram. I’m sure they would change them but I don’t want to wait for sending it in and getting it back and as it is a 3 stone ring the middle is accurate as is most important to be.

Very good website to view jewelry. Called to order necklace for a Christmas present. Phone order time was quick and the agent was extremely friendly and helpful. Package arrived before Christmas in time for wrapping. My wife loves the necklace and is special to her as she was born and raised in South Dakota.
