My item still hasn't even shipped.... its 2 weeks late.

I ordered a Mother's Day ring for my wife on April 24, 2026 with three stones in it. I went to the store on May 8th after getting a call that it was ready for pickup. I got to the store and upon looking at the ring noticed it was the wrong one completely! They took it in the back to fix the error and couldn't complete it while I was at the store. They said they would call. They didn't! On May 9th, the day before Mother's Day I went back and the ring wasn't ready! One of the stones was chipped and needed replaced. You would think after all the money I've spent there they would have taken care to make sure everything was right. It wasn't the saleswoman fault, she put the order in correctly. The people in the lab area didn't read the order fully. Also it appears they had chipped the stone when trying to get it out of the other ring. I'm done! As for me, I won't be shopping there anymore! I can't trust them! Now, it's a day before Mother's day and I have to figure something else out. Way to go BLACK HILLS GOLD FACTORY!

I ordered a cross with black and gold trim. I got a cross the size of a penny. I have no way to send it back because I don’t have a printer. So I’m stuck with it.

It takes 6-8 weeks to make and deliver. The. I canceled my order and heard nothing back. I do not recommend this company.
