I was so happy with the staff and dealing with them. Unfortunately the locket I purchased wasn't made for 2 pictures, which I wanted for my granddaughters wedding and they were very willing to return it. I will continue to communicate with them to see if they will be able to help me.

I received my ring and it was beautiful. However I realized it had a wrong stone on it. My mistake totally. I sent an email asking if I could send it back to fix the stone that was wrong. NEVER heard back from them. I ended up going to a jewelry store I frequent and they fixed it for me. Customer service either this company sucked.

Great product, poor shipping. The item I ordered came quickly and is awesome! Unfortunately the jewelry box it was in got damaged in shipping since it was shipped in a plastic bag. A bubble mailer would have been much better. This was a gift so the presentation was important.

I love Black Hills Gold and decided it to replace my other plain wedding band. I am a disappointed. It does not look like the picture on the website. I feel it's cheaply made. I ordered the men's instead of the women's in size 9 because it had a better picture of the ring that I really liked. Not the same in my opinion at all.
