Item was much smaller then what it showed in the ad

Never received a bill of sale or any paperwork for the diamond. But did get my ring earlier than expected.

Took over a month to receive

The product was listed as an in stock item and after ordering I found out it would take another week for production. Than it shipped from some place back east so it was late and I could not get them to the person I ordered it for for Christmas.

Great product, poor shipping. The item I ordered came quickly and is awesome! Unfortunately the jewelry box it was in got damaged in shipping since it was shipped in a plastic bag. A bubble mailer would have been much better. This was a gift so the presentation was important.

I love Black Hills Gold and decided it to replace my other plain wedding band. I am a disappointed. It does not look like the picture on the website. I feel it's cheaply made. I ordered the men's instead of the women's in size 9 because it had a better picture of the ring that I really liked. Not the same in my opinion at all.

This ring is beautiful. I will say I didn't get the ring I ordered. It is a cheaper version, I ordered; 2 July stones, 2 October stones and 1 November stone. In the right light you can see a very slight difference in stone colors, in the average light July and October stones all look the same color. As this is a gift for my grandmother who is 88 yo and grew up in SD she loves black hills gold and will love this ring. The only thing I'm disappointed in is I ordered and got charged for a $450 ring and got a ring that is only $415 listed on this website. I'm ok with the cheaper ring and if this company needs the money, I would have gladly told them, to keep the cost, if they couldn't deliver the ring I ordered in time. But, there is a lack of communication with this company, as I asked about the difference in stones and never got a response back from them. Now asked to write a review for public communication. I would say their work is good, but be aware the ring they send may be different than the ring you ordered. Stones close in color, you may not be able to tell a difference.
