Unable to download bills for over 3 weeks. Had to ring. Appratnely problem with the paltform. How can a large organisation providing business services fail to enable customers to download bills for a couple of weeks? I rang them and apparenlty there is a problem with their platform. It is beyond reasonable for such a large organisation not to provide a business basic service for so long (while charging the full rate).

12 weeks now without Broadband for my business. How hard is it to deliver a router I have no idea what Sky playing at. Customer service keep saying they’ll resend 2-3 working days everytime and a week passes no Router. I will keep posting 1 * until this is resolved, absolutely disgraceful customer service

the contract terminated and they owe me money after final bill. adviser told me she has to raise request to send a 'business cheque' back with minimum 30 working days. When I asked her every time I pay you subscrption, you get it on direct debit and why can't you just use it for this money back, this is what almost all business do. alternatively use bank transfer. Her response was:this is Sky company policy. I asked her why such policy was not told me before signing the contract. She just could not answer and "only appologise' . You know how much that appology worth

Moved the business broadband and phone line from BT to Sky Business in early December 2025, phoned Sky several times over the last few months for an invoice and every time advised there are IT problems, and invoices are not available. Concerned this may take several months to resolve, but as broadband is currently free should I be worried

Months, simply months, not being able to see equipment had been returned, despite numerous calls and copies of the received tracking info....still months.....finally, (and do read the amount of times they do ask stupid security questions, way beyond anything I have ever had to do again and again) its been promised, approximately 5 months later......look further afield folks, theres much better out there in terms of customer service etc

I left Sky Business (broadband and landline) on 9th October 2025 after my contract expired to join Virgin Media. I informed Sky of this in advance by phone and they acknowledged my decision and sent me instructions on how to return the equipment. I completed this by the 24th November 2025 as requested. That should have been the end of it but 4 months later I'm still getting emails thanking me for choosing Sky Business together with an ever increasing invoice for ongoing service - They still haven't closed the account. I've contacted them 6 times now to point out that I'm no longer a Sky customer (I don't even use the socket as Virgin is fibre) but each time keep getting the same AI generated email saying that they've been trying to contact me - presumably on the now-defunct landline because I haven't received any calls or letters. Life's complicated enough without Sky. My advice is go somewhere else.

Very very poor service and not Evan worth 1 star, zero customer service, not worth having as a business network😖😣 BIG MISTAKE.
