LOVE!!! We purchased a 3 seat Nomad sofa in their grey color! It arrived super early, like in 5 days. I was worried it wouldn't feel sturdy, but our 4 yr old jumps all over this sofa and it doesn't budge. Very sturdy and super comfortable for family. Great buy.

Edit: My issue was ultimate resolved when the individual who received my sofa drove to my house to tell me they had a strange pile of boxes with our street number on them. Burrow finally responded five days later, at which point the sofa would have been destroyed by exposure or stolen if not for that kind individual. They offered $50 for the hassle, but were too unreachable to actually help when we needed them. We DO like the sofa, although assembly was harder than indicated. It’s perfect for our home office. However, it’s not good enough to negate the terrible customer experience not the fact that Burrow deliberately doesn’t have a phone number you can call. I won’t be purchasing from them again. Original Review: Four days ago, I received notification that my sofa was delivered, accompanied by pictures from FedEx of the packages in front of someone else’s house (they weren’t delivered to me). I have tired to contact Burrow via email, text and Facebook and have been totally ghosted. This is a $2k order that was never delivered to me.

My experience with Burrow was easy, fast, and enjoyable. I've been super happy with all of the products I've received from them - high quality that has and will last a long time - and super easy to assemble! Their customer service was great to deal with and their website was easy to navigate!

Love Burrow products! They’re stylish, super functional, and a breeze to set up. You can customize them to fit any space, and are made with sustainability in mind, which is great. It's not just furniture; it's like a whole vibe upgrade!

Purchased $1000 worth of shelves. Tried to assemble them and they would not fit together. Burrow provides only email customer service, and all they cared about was asking when the purchase was made so they could assert their warranty doesn't apply. Offered no customer support apart from to try and use a "mallet" to force the shelves together, which is comical as it would likely damage or destroy them. Ignored legal obligations they have for defective products under state law. Terrible customer service.

big fan of burrow products! the website is super easy to navigate and the products are perfect for what I'm going for in my home. After testing some sofas out at the LA showroom, I was really fond of the Range collection, looks stylish and it's really comfortable with the lumbar support angled cushions. also really love the outdoor collections, great quality products!
