We are very sorry for the bad experience you had and sincerely apologize for the trouble you had to go through. As stated in back order in the Shipping Policy, "Please note that all processing times we provide are an estimate. Your items may be delivered within a longer or shorter period than what is stated in the estimate. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, especially with back order since the manufacturers control this process directly." It took us time to refund your money because we had to wait for the credit from the manufacturer. We do hope you understand. Thank you. We apologize for what happened, especially for the inconvenience, this has caused you. With damaged purchases, we do try to accommodate them as much as possible but we hope you understand that we can only do so much since we have to follow the manufacturer's policy and procedure. A dispute was filed and we kept you updated of the whole process. As per our company policy, "If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us immediately! We will arrange to have the items returned to us and quickly replaced. BumperOnly.com is not responsible for damage to shipments that are signed clear by the end customer. By accepting a damaged shipment you are releasing bumperonly.com of any financial responsibility. Always inspect your shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt." If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it. You do have the right to refuse delivery on damaged items.We really do appreciate these kinds of feedback because this helps us improve our services to our customers. Thank you.

We apologize for what happened, especially for the inconvenience, this has caused you. With wrong purchases, we do try to accommodate them as much as possible but we hope you understand that we can only do so much since we have to follow the manufacturer's return policy and procedure. These extra charges are paid directly to them, and not to us. We really do appreciate these kinds of feedback because this helps us improve our services to our customers. In fact, we have already implemented a new verification procedure that confirms every order that comes in. This is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and success of our business in the future.

Thank you for taking the time giving us some feedback. We sincerely regret that you felt we have not helped you with your concerns. We wanted you to have the bumper that will fit your truck so we contacted the manufacturer several times to make sure that the fitment issue is resolved. We sent the photos to Ranch Hand and we were told that the bumper you have ordered was a perfect fit (100%). A Ranch Hand installer also said that the bracket is a 100%-fit to the bumper (based on the photos you have provided). We have delivered the right bumper as per your order. The manufacturer even offered help with an installer that would guide you with the installation. We also made sure that you are updated with all of these information. As for the free light bar, this is being shipped separately. It is actually in transit. We are really sorry for the trouble and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
