Found a great price and ordered a deer grille for expected trip. Order cancelled without an explanation. Customer service says "discontinued and out of stock." That should have been on the webpage. Now not enough time to order and receive the grille from the one other place that had this listed for my vehicle before my road-trip, and my code for the other page expired.

I ordered my bumper Sep 22, 2023 paid $1900 and still do not have it. This is what they send me on Nov 24, 2023 after waiting more then 2 months. “Just wanted to update you. I've looked into your order and reached out to our manufacturer. They said your bumper is not yet ready for shipment. They're aiming to estimated ship your order by next week. I'll keep an eye on it for you and email the tracking details once it's ready.” This is the email they sent me today (Jan 11, 2024) after I called them. "Thank you for reaching out and leaving a voicemail regarding the status of your order. I appreciate your patience. I've been closely monitoring your order and have reached out to our manufacturer for an update. They mentioned that your bumper is still in the process of being built, and they are aiming to complete it estimated by the end of this month. Please note that additional days will be required for shipping once the bumper is ready." I am still waiting another MONTH they I get to wait on shipping. They already took one of my reviews down from THEIR website, So I will be sharing this one everywhere I can....

DO NOT ORDER FROM BUMPER ONLY!!!! Ordered bumper for my 2003 Ford F250 and received bumper for 2017 Ford F250. They said I had to pay to send the wrong bumper back or sale it. Which I can't do because the stupid thing is rusted. Now I'm out of almost $800.00.

Ordered a bumper 2 months ago, and as of today still no bumper. When we have contacted the company we just get the run around and no actual answers. At this point I'm starting to wonder if their site is just a scam and there is no bumper coming. Buyers beware, do not order from this site if you ever want to actually recieve your bumper. You would think a place charging over $2000 would be able to at least get the bumper to the customer. Worst experience ever and have not even gotten the product yet. Hopefully it arrives in good shape because trying to deal with anyone from this company is a joke.

I ordered a bumper on the 30th of January and as of the 12th of February the Service Rep said he would have to get back to me. They have a Live Chat function on their website which is handy if you can get a straight answer. However, three times I have corresponded with the same Rep who said he would get right back to me with an answer…but so far nothing yet. They were quick to charge my account almost $1500 for a bumper that their website said was “in stock” but it hasn’t been shipped in the span of 2 weeks ! What a joke ! I just found another place that has my bumper “in stock” so I will call them on Monday (which is when the BumpersOnly Rep is supposed to get back to me). The other place has the exact same bumper (SKU code) for a little over $100 less than BumpersOnly offers. So shop around before ordering with these guys because for doing “Bumpers Only” they sure don’t seem to be able to get things done in a timely fashion other than taking your money immediately ! As a side note, I just received an email from the sales rep who said the order could not be cancelled and that I should "just wait" the 7 to 10 business days for the bumper to arrive to avoid the 20% restocking fee and the 3% cancellation fee. After reading the other reviews of the condition their bumpers arrived in I hope that mine fits and isn't damaged because I would hate to have to deal with this company ever again.

Scammers - billed my Paypal account for a subcription I never ordered - fraudulent - stay away

Returned a $2k purchase that was the incorrect product. Company refuses to refund the money 8 months later I purchased an after market bumper for my truck that was about $2k. Due to the cost I used their financing company on their website call bread to purchase the bumper. When the bumper arrived, there was no label or indication of the product so I attempted to fit the bumper to my truck. After attempting installing it, I called customer service and they stated the wrong bumper was sent and would not fit my vehicle. I arranged for them to pick up the bumper and send the correct one I originally ordered. It took about 3 months for them to retrieve the incorrect product, all while I was making payments for the financing. When they received the bumper back, they stated it had been used and could not issue a refund or send the correct product without charging me again. Since they would not issue a refund, I requested that they return the “used” bumper so I could attempt to sell it privately. They have taken another 6 months to tell me the logistics company has thrown out the bumper and cannot return the item to me because it would have cost them warehousing fees. I have continued to make the payments during this entire process as not to hurt my credit score but I cannot get anyone from the credit company or the company that sold me the bumper to understand or take my side. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and emailed anyone within the company leadership I could find online. At this point I don’t know what my other options are to get the purchase refunded and remove the loan and payments from my credit.

I was not buying a used bumper. I paid for new and they sent me a used bumper with no hardware and missing pieces, costing me more money. Also had to buy touch up paint because at the bumper was damaged during shipping. The pace of their customer service was horrible. It was up to me to get hardware, touch up paint And keep filling up to make sure they attempt to make it right. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY HAS ZERO CONCERN FOR YOU!
