Website and ordering was easy to do! Got the bumper quickly even for as far out as we live! Perfect condition and easy to put on! Plus the attention to customer service with emails and check ins and extra attention was more than any other company even tries to do. Perfect!

This was a simple decision. I did a little research and talked to Nina through there message system. Found out the bumper I was interested in was in stock ordered it on Monday and had it by the end of the week. I chose the Road Armor Vaquero non winch bumper. Made the mistake of not unwrapping it when I received it. Dropped truck and bumper at the body shop and they said when they unwrapped it it had a few scratches. Don’t know from who unfortunately. Never received the free gift.

The bumper was shipped quickly and was just what we needed from the description. Ordered over the Christmas Holiday and the Carrier delayed the shipment to us but this had nothing to do with Bumper Only. I will be a repeat customer as soon as I get the chance.

I purchased a bumper for my truck on October 24th and it was free shipping and waited about 7 weeks and never heard anything from them and finally got an email and they said they needed another $200 to ship to me because shipping was expensive.I told them to cancel my order and wanted my money back.They said it could possibly be refunded by the end of the week or the next friday..The next Friday rolls around and no refund..After many phone calls and promises to refund me I finally got my money back January 9th.Dont make a mistake like I did and buy from them with such poor practices of trying to charge an extra $200 after it was free shipping and then another 3 weeks to get a refund...beware of this company!

According to our record it shows that the bumper was made to order and had to be shipped from a different location and for that reason we had to request for a surcharge. As stated in our Policy, *Remote locations maybe charged an additional shipping surcharge. Also regarding back orders, Backordered items can usually be shipped within 2 to 12 weeks. If the item you’ve chosen is on backorder for 2 to 3 weeks, we can process your order automatically so that it can be shipped as soon as it’s available. In cases where the backorder can take more than 3 weeks, we will contact you via phone or via email to confirm if you accept the lead time and are willing to continue with your order. Please note that all processing times we provide are an estimate. Your items may be delivered within a longer or shorter period than what is stated in the estimate. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, especially with backorders since the manufacturers control this process directly. Please be informed that we cannot cancel your order once we send the order to the manufacturer. If you would still want to cancel after the order has been sent, then you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost (these charges would go directly to the manufacturer. We also had to wait for the refund from them to be able to send the credit in your account. There are standard procedures required by manufacturing company that we need to follow during cancellation. Also he went above and beyond to help me with the ordering process, since I do not own a computer. He returned all of my calls promptly with the information that was needed to satisfy my curiosity.
