Just spoke with Dallas the owner who is honoring the backpack promo for my son. The Carhartt jacket I received fits perfectly. NOTE: I went to my cleaner/Taylor to get sized so I didn't mess up that part. The Jacket fits perfectly yes there us slight weight do to armor but it's so comfortable and weather resistant when I was rained on last weekend. Speaking with Dallas I will buy another when they have the carhartt with a hood. Everyone should own one just because you never know what any day will bring you in today's world. I know wearing it I'm protected and can shield anyone I'm protecting. Great product Dallas wish you all the best.5037

I was worried at first because of the cost but this company really came through for me. My first jacket was too small and they made it right. The owner reached out to me directly and took care of any concerns I had.

Awesome customer experience. Had an issue and they made it perfect. Thank you Lorena!

I was very impressed from the minute I opened up the box. The quality of the zip up hoodie and sports jacket went beyond my expectations. I feel very safe with my purchase. Thank you again for protecting my life. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service, I will purchase from them again.

The team at Bulletproof Everyone were amazing to work with, super fast response, great customer service. I had read other online reviews of people talking about slow shipping/hard to reach support, NOTHING could be further from truth. Great company, product, and support all the way around.

I placed an order and wrote to them asking on lead times for my order so I can have an expectation on shipping time etc. 4 days went by no response. I called and the phone line message said no staff to answer the phone and to send an email. I sent an email and no response. I paid a couple hundred dollars for a product I may not receive. UPDATE: after the response from the company, the item did indeed ship the next day. I received the item today and I am impressed with the quality. The polo shirt fits great! The light armor option exceeded my expectations, you can't even tell it has ballistic panels and the shirt looks like a normal polo you would never know what it really was. Product purchased: Stinger w/ light armor upgrade Color option:blue

Top notch customer service. I ordered a number of different items that I decided were too heavy and wanted to exchange my order for a whole set of new items. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, I had a whole new order of lighter panel armor in hand within 48 hours. They always pick up the phone when you call and respond to email within 24 hours (although usually same day).

Excellent service all around. Will shop with them again.
