Ordered off of an ad on facebook. Two and a half weeks later order was still in “fulfillment “. I emailed customer service on October 2nd and was told will get filled this weekend. October 8 was still in fulfillment. Emailed again and was told will follow up with me. Never emailed me back. This was a person named “Isaiah J” Called and spoke with David who said he was sorry and that they are having trouble with a new vendor but that he would get on it. Called back and was told that they were busy with law enforcement orders. I told him that I’m law enforcement and would send credentials if needed. He said that he would send it out the next day. Now I got an update saying is shipping. Date was October 16. The UPS website says “label created “. It is now the 20th and still has not shipped. I left a voicemail today asking for a call back. I’m pretty sure I won’t hear anything. David called me back and let me know that he would check on it. He then called me right back and said that it would leave this evening. I appreciate that David took the time to call. I hope it does ship this evening. I

We all know things happen. It took a minute for things to get sorted out but once brought to the attention of the right person, they did everything they could to get it rectified immediately and efficiently. We appreciate the efforts and are happy to start utilizing the product!

Nearly the same experience as the last reviewer. Made an order on 9/12/26 and received email notification of the order. No further communication received. I called 10/1/26 and was told it's ready and just waiting to confirm sizing and it would ship the next day. It's now 5 days hence without receiving it (one state away) and no communication. Email not answered and phone calls have 28 seconds of dead air before the IVR which wasn't answered during business hours and went to a voicemail box that's full.

I placed an order on 8/28 with 14 day fulfillment. I received a confirmation that my order was received on the same day and was charged. I reached out 18 days later for an update and the number went to voicemail and said the mailbox was full. I received a call back shortly there after asking for my measurements which i provided and was told it would be shipping that day and that they had tried to reach out. I had no communications in my email or on my account on the website. 6 days later I have still not received even a tracking number and have reached out via phone, the website, and via email. Communications has been terrible and I feel i have been ripped off. My order status still states awaiting fulfillment at this time and I can't get in touch with anyone. After posting the original review I did get a call and text and my order shipped that day, not the week prior like I was told over the phone the first time. If the owners spent more time working with customers and communicating properly, and less putting snarky replies here this would be a great deal. The products seem to be high quality and I look forward to wearing them.

I had an issue with my order, BPZ 87515, and Marie was able to sort it out and even add something I forgot that I needed as well. They respond lighting fast to email and everything was super easy. Thank you Marie!

Purchased their Operator 2.0 Undershirt. Had some size discrepancy because i wasn't comfortable with the large.. It was a little too tight for comfort. If you your 6" 195lbs go for the XL. It fits perfectly and you'll be very comfortable. They helped me with everything and stayed in touch me throughout the whole process. Best customer service I've ever had.

I purchased a jacket the first week of December and no communication as to status of the order. After a call and an email weeks late I told they are getting them made soon. Then after another two weeks still no update or delivery. Promised it's shipping soon. UPS says it's coming yet now three times it has been delayed and the date keeps getting pushed. Still can't comment on the quality of the product.

I just purchased two items and wow the customer service was incredible. I immediately received a text from an employee who wanted to verify I got my order confirmation. Then they asked for my measurements to verify my size choices would be a good fit. I will update this when I receive the items, but right off the bat they have impressed me.
