Just got my Operator. NOT impressed! There is zero side coverage with the panels making this not wearable for work. In addition The zippers and material of the carrier are clearly poor quality and I can already tell this would not stand up to regular wear in a working environment. I will not be ordering additional products.

I ordered the Jacket with the hoodie. This jacket seems ok but the material for the hoodie part of it is terrible. I have had this jacket less than 3 months and it is shredding inside the hoodie. I have not washed it so that is not the reason.

I liked the look of the gear at first glance, and the overall feel. Unfortunately its blatantly obvious the pads are there. They stick out like a sore thumb while wearing rendering the 400+dollar investment completely useless as a concealed bullet proof system. If I had known this before purchase I would have invested in a standard plate carrier.. p.s. I emailed this company twice as requested. I even called and left voicemail. And so far no response from anyone..

Can’t be worn unzipped at all without showing the panels, does not have a “normal” look at all.

The jacket was way too stiff and bulky. The ad makes it look like a casual windbreaker, but you will stand out like a sore thumb wearing it, and it can't be worn open casual either.

Took multiple follow-ups to get the order shipped, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong color and sized incorrectly. At the time the company also required that return shipping of incorrect items be paid for by the customer, so instead of putting more money into an incorrect product (and having zero faith that the correct item would ever be shipped) I opted to eat the loss and have the incorrect color tailored to the advertised measurements. I mentioned this on their Facebook page and was called a ‘troll’ by the person in charge of the page when I was asked there about my experience with the company. Maybe things have changed since then, but the overall experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and I can’t say that I would recommend this company to anyone that has alternative options.

I called immediately after I placed the order. I ordered a t-shirt but then I realized that I wanted a polo shirt I called 5 minutes after the order and I asked if they could modify the order to a polo. The lady said that it was not a problem and she put the note. Then, I have received a t-shirt.

Concept is good, design bad. Looks like a potato sack when wearing. The internal best should have had adjustment straps. Definately not covert, and since it hangs on you like a bell, not practical. Keep trying though, like the concept.
