Beware "limited pre-order" trap
Ordered from their Fraggle Rock drop early 2026. Never received product and then they reopened sales at NYCC. If the products were available for the show, why haven't we received our orders?

My issue is quality. After wearing these I can feel the concrete on the floor. The issue with authentic Nike and other premium brands is the quality of support is there. These are really hidden black market shoes covered in light art. Consider this. Bulls please dont reply, im sick of your fake responses. I stopped buying your sneakers. Do yourself a favor and buy something elsewhere.

I have over 30 shows from this company over the last 3 years. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, those people just don’t understand had a preorder for a custom shoe happens. They do take a long time to get, but they are worth the wait and they are very upfront that it’s a preorder and ships later and they include the timeframe when you order. They are not trying to hid anything, they are very transparent, more than the big shoe guys who just cancel your order months later. The customer service guy replies all the time whenever I have a questions, usually on nights and weekend too! Crazy for any business but they do. They also have a Facebook group where they do live events every week with updates and also emails. Quality and CS are the best in the business! Just be patient.

This company is legit, hands down one of the best makers out. Saw them at comic con NYC, and wow, the quality of their kicks is next level. And that is only surpassed by their level of customer service they are a growing small company, but passionate about their products and community. If you're looking for that wow factor, or like really cool kicks you've not seen anywhere... check them out and you wont regret. I now have entirely too many of their kicks to count and still getting more. So if that doesn't speak to how epic this company is, idk what would. but definitely my fav brand hands down.

These guys are incredible. I've never had any interest in rare, niche shoes, until I saw some Bull Airs a couple years ago. Since then I've bought over a dozen pairs of shoes from them. The shoes are high quality and I get compliments every time I wear them. That said, they are a small company with small company quirks. All shoe drops are pre-orders, so you pay before the shoes are ever made. Sometimes production gets delayed. Sometimes orders get stopped at customs and shipped back to the manufacturer. You MIGHT wait a long time for some of your shoes. But they are very transparent about these things. They Livestream, usually once or twice a week, to give people updates, let them ask questions, give sneak peaks at early production of shoes, shoes that are still being designed, etc. If Livestream isn't your jam, they have an updates page with production info on their website. I recently got scammed by someone in the community selling some rare, out-of-production shoes. When I reached out to Bull Airs to let them know the guy was scamming people in the community(I was not the only one) they shipped me a huge box, full of things relating to fandoms they knew I was interested in from previous purchases, sneakers values higher than what I'd lost, and a note apologizing for the issue. It wasn't their fault I made that mistake, nor was it their responsibility to reimburse me for it. But they felt bad it happened and did what they could to soften the blow. While I don't work a customer facing job anymore, I did for decades. This is the type of service provided by people with heart, that care about their customers and want to leave an impression. And they've done that for me. Cannot recommend them enough.
