so far i've had a okay experience with you guys but it's not your fault it's the mail's fault and you guys have been trying to help me as much as possible on my Living Dead shoes! but i still haven't gotten them because that time you guys sent me a replacement pair the mail guy didn't do a sign on delivery , so i believe they were stolen again i just hope usps and you guys can help me out because i really wanted them shoes!

I've ordered a few things from them and they always have amazing high quality products. When ordering from them though you got to understand that most of there products are pre-orders and don't ship till about a month to 3 months and in some rare cases longer depending on factory errors/difficulties. All in all a good company. But I do have three suggestions one is when you guys make clothes no matter if it's a shirt, jacket. Shorts, leather jacket ect, could you put a care label on them to say what material or materials the product is made out of. I know this might be a long shot but if there could be more of an Eco friendly material for your toys that be cool. Lastly the new plastic box that the shoes come in there cool but feel to flimsy, I actually have had my Shrek shoes come out the bottom when picking up. So if there was maybe a different type of box or maybe making those collector boxes more durable that be great. I still love this company though and love how they take care of there customers and keep us up to date. If anyone isn't getting there updates go on there website and resign up for there news letter.

I have ordered a few pairs of shoes, apparel and accessories from Bullairs. The shoes quality are top notch. No issues with any of my shoes what so ever. However the customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes I don’t even get an email back even after going back and fourth civilly a couple times. The clothing sizes are not at all what is advertised. So buying those items besides the T shirts are kind of a crap shoot. Overall I am happy with what I have recieved and my overall experience.

I’ll do this pro and con style: Cons: Super expensive. Wait times are a bit much. The stocking app they use malfunction so you have to wait longer for more shoes they didn’t plan for. Shirts aren’t the best quality. Somewhat Inconsistent jacket sizes. Shipping costs are ridiculous on top of the price you’re already paying for products. Pros: Shoes are awesome. Shipping updates constantly. Jacket’s are incredible. Quality of workmanship is top notch. Designs are unique. Customer service questions DO get answered but they are only human and a very small shop so you have to have patience. They have exchanged items that are either poor quality or bad sizing. Not everyone does that with such custom work. Overall these guys are great. I would recommend as long as you have patience. Don’t listen to the “SCAM” haters reviews. You get your products or you get notified of issues. They are legit and they are great. Always excited to see what drops next. Thanks BullAirs for making such great pop culture items that can be worn and cherished for years to come.
