Beware "limited pre-order" trap
Ordered from their Fraggle Rock drop early 2026. Never received product and then they reopened sales at NYCC. If the products were available for the show, why haven't we received our orders?

My issue is quality. After wearing these I can feel the concrete on the floor. The issue with authentic Nike and other premium brands is the quality of support is there. These are really hidden black market shoes covered in light art. Consider this. Bulls please dont reply, im sick of your fake responses. I stopped buying your sneakers. Do yourself a favor and buy something elsewhere.

i didnt like the quality of the shoes, for the price its quite insane... you can buy high fashion stuff at that rate in actual real leather. please stop replying to comments and making excuses.

I wouldn't, you shouldn't own a pair of fake Nike. But designer for this price...

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Lack of Compassion I sent several emails to Gary and Thom of Bull Airs, asking to cancel a few pre-orders I had made. Unfortunately, my wife has developed severe medical issues over the past six months (liver failure), and she is now unable to work, creating a serious financial strain on our family. Despite explaining my situation, Gary ignored all of my emails. Thom eventually replied, saying, "Please refer to our return policy on our store site. Refunds are only eligible within 48 hours of a preorder. Any products you're not happy with can be returned for store credit as advertised." I followed up multiple times, asking if they could make an exception given the extraordinary circumstances. Both Thom and Gary chose to ignore every subsequent message. Their website advertises that they are “good guys,” but based on my experience, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Their customer service is severely lacking, and production dates are consistently delayed. In the end, I had to file several disputes with my credit card company just to recover my money — something I should never have had to do if they had any empathy or professionalism. Because of how they handled this, they’ve not only lost my business but also any future referrals I might have made. I strongly recommend avoiding Bull Airs at all costs.

I preordered shoes, a shirt, and jerseys. The wait time was long but expected, and the products looked good at first glance. Unfortunately, the sizing was completely wrong. The shirt that arrived first was about two to three sizes smaller than the size on the label. When I reached out, I was told on 11/26/24 that replacements were being made due to sizing issues, but I never received any update despite sending multiple emails. The jerseys arrived in January, and they also were the wrong size. When I contacted the company again, I was told to send measurements. Since then, I’ve followed up repeatedly and received no response at all. The bottom line: the sizing is unreliable, the communication is poor, and the company does not follow through on promises of replacements or refunds. Buyers should be cautious—once they have your money, you may not get support if something goes wrong.

Dear A, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly value your honesty and the opportunity to improve. As we mentioned during the replacement process, your order was part of a run from a new factory we had been testing, and we sincerely apologize for the issues this caused. A refund was offered at that time, but it’s possible our email may have landed in your spam or promotions folder. Please take a moment to check there, and if you’re unable to locate it, don’t hesitate to reach out directly so we can resend it right away. We would still love the chance to make this right—whether by ensuring you receive your refund or by finding another resolution that restores your trust in us. Your satisfaction is important, and we hope to continue serving you in the future. Sincerely-Thom

This company will over promise and under deliver. Got kicked out of the Facebook group for asking about a product that was never delivered. The owner said my comment was “disparaging.” Clearly the owner is very unprofessional. You may or may not get what you ordered from this company. I know that I am out an item now that will never be delivered. This is all stemming from a jacket I ordered that never came with the promised pin. I was last notified of an issue with the supply of pins for my Fallout jacket in September of 2024. At that time, we were given the option of a 20% off coupon code or the pin after they found another supplier. I replied back that I still wished to receive the pin that was supposed to be included with the jacket. Then radio silence for a year. I had to ask on Facebook to get any response. Thom then offered a $10 store credit , far less than the original offer of a 20% off coupon code. It seems that they forgot or just gave up about the missing items from a previous order affecting multiple people. No, a store code for a company that I will no longer be ordering from is acceptable. Especially when the resolve is valued even less after a year of waiting without any update. And when pressed, Thom decided to remove my comment from their Facebook page and ban me from the group. The “disparaging remark” the owner is referencing was after we were offered $10 to shut up and go away. It was: “and you guys wonder why people are getting upset over you all over promising and under delivering?” This review was also flagged by this company for “containing defamatory content.“ Basically trying to flag bad reviews to get them taken down is what this company is doing. Trustpilot sided with this review and has obviously kept the review up. Bullairs statement below obviously validates the issues that I have had with them.
