First time purchasing from BulbSquare. Their customer service + quality of product was unmatched. The product (wooden end table) was delayed in shipping, so I received and email from customer service (Tiffany) giving me a heads up. And this wasn't a bot, a real person who answered questions, stayed in touch throughout, gave me options, and after the delay the item finally arrived. To top it off, product itself was so nice and experience so positive that I'm ordering a second one. These days, personalized customer service like this plus a quality product is virtually non-existent. BulbSquare has earned a loyal customer in me. Highly recommend.

Recently I purchased a modern minimalist square rectangular rubberwood dining chair with armrests and cotton-linen backrest from BulbSquare. My needs were quite specific - the chair needed to be strong, comfortable, easy to sit down and stand up, and most importantly be stable. Also, the timber colour and seat covering to complement existing dining room furniture. Not an easy task when selecting online from photographs. The BulbSquare team assisted me in this regard. I particularly appreciated the time and effort they devoted to enable my expectations to be met. Moreover, they kept me informed throughout the purchase process. Well done team. Purchased the white light water ripple effect lighting for Lounge room. Exactly as described, the lighting works and looks great behind the lounge suite. Item arrived to Australia in just over 2 weeks and was well protected inside the cardboard box. Used the Remote Instructions link on the website product page to work out how to pair it with the lighting and that worked a treat. I did have to purchase a UK to Australia adapter and the remote takes 2 x AAA batteries. Really happy with the purchase. Thanks Bulbsquare team !

I ordered a table lamp before I read the reviews. I was a bit nervous because of the amount of bad reviews I read after ordering. However, I decide to be proactive, wrote the company let them know I was feeling less than positive about doing business with them. Customer service promptly addressed my concerned. They sent me close up photo of lamp. Assured me I would get exactly what I ordered etc.I received the lamp today (It does take time for items to arrive). Its was well packed. It is just what I ordered[ I am very pleased with this purchase. I also received several updates on the item in transit from customer service. FedX also kept me up to date tracking the package. Perhaps they now understand reviews can kill a sale and are making a concerted effort to provide an excellent experience for their customers. They do offer some lovely lighting options that are fairly priced. I search a long time to find this lamp.

Tiffany, in customer service, was very communicative and helpful. She even helped me make a change to my order after I had ordered. The shipping took about what I thought would, and when it arrived I was very happy with the quality and aesthetic of the chandelier. It was pretty easy to put together, too. It is perfect for the space. I will make this my first stop for future lighting projects.

This minimalist floor lamp has a stylish and simple design that's perfect for my bedroom. My friends think it looks great, too!

I made a mistake of ordering the wrong product and Rita from customer service was amazing. She gracefully offered a few options to help me rectify this blip and we came to the best option for me. Her response was every time within 24hrs, and kind and caring. Nothing wrong with the product, it was my error.

Ordered 2 led lights with remotes. One worked great, the other failed to pair with the remote. Rita from support was fantastic, responded promptly, helped troubleshoot, and mailed out a new remote with a bonus backup controller. The new remote worked right away. Excellent experience!
