We had an experience with a contractor that the CSLB investigated and determined that this contractor broke from industry standards and was fined. We have submitted this information 3 times on buildZoom so no one else experiences what we did with this contractor. BuildZoom has posted none of it, and keeps this contractor in the top 12%

They have deceptive business practices. They make you sign a one-year contract with a 2-month penalty to use their tool before they even give you a chance use it yourself.
