BuildZoomReviews of buildzoom.com

As an architect, I needed a reliable builder for a project. Buildzoom helped me find one. It’s an excellent service.

I'm glad that I found BuildZoom. I needed a new roof and because of BuildZoom I had a few to pick from that already had been vetted. Millennium Roofing was who I chose, they fit in my budget, got the roof done is the time they specified and also cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend using BuildZoom and Millennium Roofing. When I am able to do my other projects I will definitely call BuildZoom.

Build zoom was very helpful in helping me find capable contractors that fit my budget. They maintained communication to ensure I received what I needed to succeed. I would highly recommend them.

Gale Force Roofing-Amazing job from start to finish. Started with RICKY and ended with Josh. Always received updates and when the big day came the crew was here early am and finished that same afternoon. They cleaned all around the house even took the small pieces that fell in my pool. Way to go guys. Thank you so much for job well done. Highly recommend Gale Force and Josh.

I had no idea how to find a contractor; I had no idea what to do when I did; the contractors I did call were booked up two or three years out. BuildZoom not only found me one (yeah, just one, not five, but I am GRATEFUL for ONE) but actual BuildZoom employees followed up with me to check on the bid I got and offer advice on what it should include, etc. These are things I haven't done before! I don't know what a bid should look like! I feel like they're putting their company rep on the line and are willing to make sure things turn out right. (I hadn't thought there'd be follow-up to make sure I'm satisfied!) I'm super, super happy with it.

Today April 29, 2021 we had our kitchen floor fixed by GrogginFloor. Dave & John we very personable and professional. My dishwasher had leaked and some of my flooring was waterlogged and needed replaced. They worked with boards that they could save and then opened the new. It was a quick fix they told me and it was. I can't tell you how much I appreciate there work. They laughed and joked with us, too. Great job guys!!!!

Asked for estimates to replace about 20 sections of a 6 foot wood privacy fence. The consultant was eager to call and get details about the job, I indicated I was available, but she never called the next day I received a message from an out of town roofing company that said they are very interested in my project. He asked when he could contact me to get more details, I gave hime days when I would be available. Never received any more from him. Next consultant inquired about the project, I responded that I had not received any communication about the project, she stated she would get a couple more contractors to bid, 4 day later and I've heard nothing. So in sum I thought this would be an easy way to get qualified bids from reputable contractors, but it turns out that was a pipe dream.

I was in need of a contractor to sub for me and Advance Property Maintenance was dispatch to help out with my commercial project. They were competitively priced and did good work to the specifications. Actually they finished ahead of schedule.
