I paid for classes (Legal I and II)…
I paid for classes (Legal I and II) and they said I had already taken the classes. Then I should receive a refund or get the new January classes offered at no cost.

Hi Sheila, I'm sorry about the confusion with our legal courses. We add legal courses to all CE packages at no cost. I do see you were late taking your SAE courses and early taking your next round of CE's which does create an overlap for the legal courses since we add them to every CE package at no cost. I also see that your courses for the current package you purchased, are set to expire in Feb of 2022. In Jan of 2022 we will be switching out all Legal courses for the new versions. This means you'll automatically receive the new versions of the Legal courses because your account will still be active. We apologize for the misunderstanding and hope that you can wait until the new classes are available.
