I really enjoy Buildium and like that they keep adding things to make the process better, I just hope that the price does not keep going up and go through the roof for small companies

Customer service is awesome! The wait or call back time can be a little long at times but well worth the wait. Once on the phone they take their time and help you through whatever problem you may have.

Builidum is one of the best software companies around. My background is in healthcare and I can definitely let you know that that industry is seriously lacking in regards to companies that create and manage software that is user-friendly and relevant to the needs of the organizations they serve. Good job on making work fun and creating an efficient and effective workflow, even when the maintenance requests keep coming in!

Buildium provides an intuitive interface with excellent customer support. Their continued development is making the software increasingly easy to use and functionally consistent. The accounting is straightforward and transparent with great access to clear information and robust filter options. Our only big complaints are that they don't have a good way to handle commercial CAM funds, and their listing syndication process doesn't preserve the aesthetic appeal of the listing very well (low resolution images, sideways photos, etc.). We look forward to seeing them continue to develop improved solutions for move in and move out tasks, leasing renewals/ending notices, etc, which are a bit weak right now.

Buildium changed my life! Ever since I changed over to Buildium my life has been so much easier as a Property Manager. The various systems they have in place really address my daily work flow and their Support Team always takes care of my needs. They seem to strive for advancement and improvement which is very important to me because this industry is ever changing and we all have to change and adapt with the times.

Buildium is an incredible software. I've been with them for years and they've always stayed ahead of me with features and updates. It's so refreshing to know that this company is working day in and day out to make their service better and they succeed at it so well!
