This is the easiest program to use. Keeps me together and organised. Couldn't do it without Buildium!

Buildium software is extremely versatile & useful for property managers. Although it was primarily created for companies who don't actually own property, its versatility is such that Property Owners who manage their own properties & wish to record purchase & renovation can do so. The worst thing about Buildium is that it is not so user-friendly. It takes a while to learn how to use the software effectively. They have created a number of video tutorials that can help you become accustomed to the various functionalities the software offers. The best thing about Buildium is that they are always looking to improve their software & have an open floor where suggestions can be made & voted on; so, even if they don't have the exact functionality you're looking for, chances are they'll be coming out with something similar soon...

I love it!! It's easy to learn and much easier to use.

Excellent program. We have been using it for years, great customer service when you are stuck with an esoteric accounting question too.
