Janine was so fantastic in helping me troubleshoot an issue that had been consuming me for hours. Janine was able to quickly understand my concern, troubleshoot, and gave a detailed explanation so that I could better understand the issue at hand. Furthermore, she followed it up with an email detailing everything she stated on the phone, which was helpful in providing to other staff in my company. This is a very easy program to follow. Always great technical support. If they don't know the answer they find out for you. My only issue is that sometimes it takes time to get to a representative but they at least offer call back so you don't have to sit on line
