The prices are always good
The prices are always good and the delivery was on time. Your website could be better, the search results are not always consistent and there seems to be some bugs with scrolling a list. You have cancelled some product orders, after being placed, that you can't source which is quite inconvenient, as it's happened more than once. I am aware that this is noted on your site but it does not inspire confidence when it happens.

Hi Robert. Thanks for the review. We're working hard to get the search function better on our site.. You are right, it is far from perfect. We have over 650,000 items, and we are continuously trying to improve the experience. We are redefining our AI algorithms to hopefully do a much better job in the future. Regarding cancellation, unfortunately we do need to cancel orders from time to time. We have a combination of real-time and static feeds from our suppliers on pricing and availability. So sometimes our suppliers haven't given us the proper updates on inventory levels, or have data flaws (ghost inventory) causing us to cancel orders. Thanks again for being a customer and we appreciate the feedback. We're a small company, working hard to get better everyday.

The material I needed, when I needed it, at good price
After not finding the 12' sheets of corrugated roofing material in the color we wanted anywhere else, BuildClub had it at a reasonable price and quick delivery. Saved our project as my assistant visiting from out of state was only visiting for three days.

Drill missing from delivery
I ordered a combination offer; a cordless Milwaukee vacuum combined with a Milwaukee drill. The vacuum was delivered without the promised drill. I emailed BuildClub and they said they would look into this. That was days ago and I haven’t heard anything from them. UPDATED REVIEW: BuildClub did track down the second parcel and it was finally delivered. They said the driver made the error of only picking one item from the packing list instead of two. I am upgrading my star rating from 1 star to only 3. If BuildClub is using a delivery service with drivers who can’t adequately read to do their jobs, maybe they should change delivery services.
