BuildClub.comReviews of buildclub.com

I ordered pavers from your website for .98 each....350 total.....a few days later I get a message saying the supplier is out and you guys can get them, but now they're 1.78 each.....I got them from home depot for that same price and didn't have to wait for them

Ordered material just to receive an email after a day stating they don't have it. How many times will I try to use this site in the future? I guess zero, nil, nada.

I was looking for a $25 replacement water filter that was no longer being made by the manufacturer and found it on buildclub.com. After going through the website I couldn’t figure out shipping costs since it said “Direct delivery available in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona” and FedEx was showing as an option as well as delivery by car so I called and spoke to a representative who told me it would be $40. I said $40 shipping for a 2” wide replacement part was ridiculous and hung up. Unfortunately after searching for this replacement filter and not being able to find it, I went ahead and placed the order. The shipping quote was now $35, which was still ridiculous for a small $25 item. I was told delivery to the warehouse was supposed to be January 18th. Then I received a message that said if they don’t receive a tracking number from the vendor by January 24, they would issue a refund. I asked if someone could verify that this item was in stock since the manufacturer was no longer making it and they said the item would still ship. Today is February 1st and I have no item, no tracking number, and no refund. Had to contact the company twice but finally received my money back. *Update to reply: Just to clarify in case others read this, it was not a supply chain issue. I informed your company that the vendor was no longer making the product and asked for confirmation that the product was either in stock at your company or could still be obtained from the vendor. I was told I would hear back by a certain date if it was not available. Then the shipping of the product was delayed. Then I had to follow up weeks later when there was no contact from your company and no item shipped in order to get a refund.

Great and fast customer service. Their phone number is right on the website and they pick right up.
