Build.comReviews of build.com

I was helped by Sierra Whitton at Build.com on Jan 23,2020. She was fantastic when helping me look into some lighting parts...and even set up a cart with the items and sent it to me in an email so that I could modify the cart (if needed) and simply place my order (#72792286). I was so very impressed by both her expertise and extraordinary friendliness over the phone. I hope the company takes a moment to recognize her for being an outstanding "face" for the business!! Sincerely, Steve

My hubby just got finished with a large bathroom remodel. We used build.com a lot. We had a problem on order. They took care of it. They were always helpful on the phone.

When we remodeled our bathrooms and kitchen, we purchased all of the faucets and other plumbing connections from Build.com. They had the best prices and carried everything you could hope to find. When I had a question, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Later, we purchased our dining room chairs from the same site! I will continue to use them.

Excellent service, wide choice of products, fair pricing.

I no longer have the paperwork but the young lady I spoke with on the phone about my order (Project Manager) was excellent! Her name was Grace Anderson. She was ensuring my order was correct and explained when I could expect to receive it and how it would arrive. Great service!

Ordered a Toto toilet and it was broken during shipping. Discovered this problem 5+ months after receiving it, as I had stored it in my garage, only to finally open the box to install, and find it shattered in many pieces. Likely by UPS dropping it, as it was double boxed with foam insulation, so UPS really had to smack it. Took a couple photos, included my order #, emailed to customer service, and a replacement is on the way in 2 days. Have ordered many items from them before without issues, but am now truly impressed with how they dealt with this issue. I highly recommend this company.

Oh wow... I like Build.com... They have cheaper drawer pulls, the kind I want and they've always shipped fast. They've always worked for me...
