I ordered an air conditioner and wall sleeve to replace an existing failed ac unit. the ac and sleeve each came in separate boxes and each had a different part number. the new ac was a perfect fit into the existing wall sleeve. Ferguson refused to issue an RGA for the unopened and unused wall sleeve. I wrote them twice and the second time received no response. I will never do business with them again. very poor customer service

This company used to be excellent, I did lots of business with the . However the customer service has disappeared. Do not rely on them for anything, purchase from any of the other channels out there... Any issue and you’ll just get ignored. Not worth the risk.

Probably the worse experience I’ve ever had. So frustrating trying to get a hold of someone. They lost two packages and will not give me a refund even though I have confirmation of the return. My representative been changed three times and each was worse than the last. I give up. Will never order from them or recommend them to anyone else.

Ordered a dishwasher "IN STOCK" with a "Leaves the Warehouse in 1 to 3 weeks". One week later I get notification that its on backorder with an 8 to 12 week delivery date. As many other reviewers have indicated, Build.com then keeps pushing out the date. Life's too short. Go elsewhere.

Can’t trust the guys. i fell for the name. bought a dishwasher and after waiting 2+ months it arrived damaged and i was actually surprised that it’s been USED!!! with water marks and scratches on the area with the buttons. Spoke to customer service and thor return policy says i should have refused delivery!! the guy didn’t even notify me of delivery just dropped it off and left when i was home. stay away from this company at all costs. will be disputing with my cc

Don't do it! I bought from these guys deliberately instead of using Amazon, and what a mistake that was. I could've had everything delivered to my house the next day had I gone with Amazon, who were $50 cheaper! But, I decided to go with Build because I wanted to give them a chance. One of the reasons I used build.com was because they said they had lots of the product in stock. They took my money in seconds, and then I got the notification that parts of the order were out of stock. This is a total sham. I was furious and I called them. After being on hold for 42 minutes, I was hung up on. I tried again and finally got someone to listen. The customer service representative promised me that he would look into the issue and email me back within half an hour. Of course, I heard absolutely nothing at all from them. They had my money. It was no big deal to them that they promised that I would have the stuff I ordered shipped to me well in advance of Christmas so I could have my lights up by Christmas Day. The final product arrived on 24th December. How easy is it to get an electrician to come out on Christmas Eve? Do yourselves a favor, don't waste your time

I purchased a set of brass bath faucets. There was nothing in the description to specify the drain pipes and pop-up plugs were plastic. The plumber came and installed and the next day I noticed that on both sinks the rings around the pop-ups had come loose. The plumber returned and said the entire drain assembly was plastic and during normal installation or first use they broke not allowing us to raise the pop-ups. Since I thought it was poor installation I assumed there would be no charge to fix. I was so surprised when he told me they were very flimsy plastic and he wasn’t surprised they broke. It cost a couple hundred dollars to have him remove and install metal drain pipe assemblies. I would say buyer beware. Be sure to ask the company if any parts are plastic? I will be contacting the seller.
