The rep we worked with was extremely helpful in selecting all of our door levers. They arrived fast and not one lever was missed. We forgot a lever for a basement door and again the rep (Rocky) found us one and shipped it out immediately. I recommended our Builder send customers to Build.com. Awesome experience 😊

I needed a new kitchen faucet in a hurry since my fancy "touch" faucet died afer only 9 months of use (I had no water in the kitchen--what a pain) and Build shipped me a new faucet by a different maker rapidly and with no fuss. My previous experiences with this company have also been very good and I would recommend them as being very reliable.

Twice I have ordered materials from Build.com and had excellent service on both occasions. The first order was placed with the help of a designer, based on finding the items we wanted at the best price at Build.com. Later that day, I realized that there would be difficulties delivering the order to the home address that I gave since it had become a construction site. When I called Build.com, I was connected to a very helpful person that worked to intercept and reroute the package to the apartment where I was living. It arrived without delay and in good condition. For my second order, I looked for the part at Build.com as well as a local plumbing store. Build.com carried the part, and had it on sale at half the price of the local store. However, when I tried to order the part online, it wasn't clear if there was an account set up under my name yet. Once again, for help I called Build.com (to speak to a person, not endless machine options!). This time I spoke to Joe Joe in customer service. He too was pleasant and helpful, not only checking and setting up the means for me to get the needed online account, but then placing my order for me through him on the phone. In addition, he gave me his extension and hours should I have any questions, problems, or wish to place a future order via phone again, as I prefer. I have never had such service from an employee of another company! In addition, the part had to be back-ordered , due to arrive in 2-4 weeks. It arrived in 2 weeks. My only concern was that this part arrived in a box that was not taped or sealed shut. Some of the smaller parts were loose inside that box, but it appears from my preliminary check that the parts are all there, however I will have the contractor confirm that. Based on the service that I have received from Build.com, I have no doubt that I will receive good help if I need to call JoeJoe or one of their other employees with a problem.

I own a plumbing company in Tucson, AZ Received 2 different orders in the past couple weeks. Orders came very quickly. Brand new Kohler toilet arrived in excellent condition. Free delivery too! Friendly truck driver. The toilet arrived 2 days after I ordered it!
