I really love my comforter set and sheets, they’re super comfortable. Only thing I would say is after washing the items, the color does fade a tad.

Ordered a duvet during a sale. A few days later got noticed that they had run out and shipping would be delayed. About a month later notification it had shipped and that I was billed. Only way to track was through the My Shop app which means downloading another app. No USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking. Still waiting on it to arrive. Next, I keep getting daily upsale emails from them. I unsubbed. Still getting emails. Once the duvet gets here, I am marking any and all emails from them as spam as they clearly are. Ordered due to wow reviews on national websites but I will never order from them again. Disappointing experience to say the least. UPDATE. So Customer service finally responded and sent me a tracking link. This was non-standard and showed my package going nowhere. Eventually, my package did arrive, and the product seems of good quality but due to the overall disappointing shopping experience I can't recommend them.

I bought a comforter. Wanted to return, within allotted time frame. They told me to donate and get receipt of donation. I did so and sent pic of receipt to them as they told me to. CANNOT get them to respond. Daily emails go unanswered. Meanwhile, I can't get my money back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My package has been waiting for carrier for over a week now they won’t get back to me in email. I have a $500 order.

This company has went to trash and back. On July 31 I ordered product. It says ships in 1-3 business days. They also say you get a 7 day trial. It’s all an absolute lie and fabrication. First, at checkout they say $0.00 is due. They place a $533 hold on your account. They never ship the product and they collect your money. You email them begging for an update. They never respond. It’s really sad that this company has practically turned into a company of thieves that steal money from people. This used to be a truly great company. I guess American greed got to desperate people.

Every dealing I've had with customer service has gone above and beyond my expectations for fairness and courtesy. It might take a little longer for an order to arrive, or it might take a couple of business days to get a reply from customer service, but all goes well and more than well in the end. I love this company, their ethos, their policies, and their products, and I will continue to do business with them whenever I have need of what they sell.

Don’t order from this company. They are scam artists and will steal your money. No phone number and don’t answer emails. Horrible
