DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I sent in all information middle of October for xmas gift and was gaurenteed delivery before xmas,hence why i ordered it. Still waiting on it till now! And no sign from any delivery services. 5days until Christmas and now i have to get another gift and make up a story as to why santa has not left main gift that was asked for. My child will be thinking they have done something wrong to not get this gift. When I emailed to enquire about gift,nothing was done for me and no help was giving to try and track parcel. This company has ruined christmas for me and my child,i hope nobody else has to go through this disater so close to xmas. And i hope budsie are happy for ruining a childs christmas!

We contracted with Buddies to create a duplicate of the main character we have in a series of children's books. While on vacation, they sent a few photos of their "completed" product for us to review, with minimal "review or we will ship" time identified in small writing. We reviewed the product and they "had added an extra pair of arms and hands!"?? When we sent them our review, showing how they had missed the eye location, coloring, etc., and pointed out they had added two appendages and miss located the legs, their response was basically "Sorry - the product has shipped!" Buyer beware - they clearly didn't come close to the professional drawings we provided, even though we gave views from all perspectives ... but if you can add arms and hands that aren't shown in any or our illustrations - think what they might do to yours! A complete waste of our money, time and effort.

I ordered a custom plush that cost me about $236. They sent me color choices but the image was so small that even when enlarging it, you can't really tell on choices. So I picked one I thought resembles my art submitted and it doesn't by a long shot. It looks like bile. They do NOT send you any updates so you can say "That's not right." until the finished product and when it isn't right, they want more money. So not only did it take several months to complete, looks NOTHING like what I asked for, looks like vomit, and her head is unevenly stuffed from her body. A waste of $236 and if I knew PayPal would be in my favor, I'd dispute the charges. Now either I have to find someone to re-stuff AND fix the color on her or do it myself. At cost to me, not Budsies. I'd recommend a different plush maker.

Unacceptable service. Too late. Too high custom costs. Very poor quality. Competely dissapointed!!!!
