Great Service and Design!
Design was on point and down to the detail for the drawing I submitted! Customer service was great! When I reached out for an update on my order they politely referred me to the correct communication link and got back to me within 1-2 days!

Hi A.R.! Your weighted Specialty Budsie of Nozomi looks amazing! She is absolutely beautiful, just like the art you created for her character. We're so glad our team's customer service met your expectations too! We appreciate your feedback, and hope having Nozomi's Budsie has already brought you lots of joy. 💙

Precise and quick review for a precise and quick service
Polite customer service with quick responses. Top quality materials and craftsmanship. Staff took my feedback and made adjustments without any issue. Arrived quickly. This was the third time I ordered and every time it's a 10/10 service. Not to mention that the budsie is freaking adorable.

Would use them again!
My child had a very specific vision and the Budsies team worked closely with us to bring it to life. There were a few small design hiccups along the way, but the preview option made it easy to request adjustments, and the team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their communication was consistent, and they made sure the final plush arrived on time for Christmas. The finished product is adorable, and I cannot wait to see my child’s reaction. I truly appreciate all the hard work that went into creating such a special keepsake and would happily recommend Budsies.
