Nice quality but not quite similar to the face of the image I sent.

Final product is cute, my son had a very simple design. It said up to 8 weeks with a shipped by date. Actually thought because it was so simple it would arrive sooner than that.. anyway paid the extra $50 for updates/proof before it was delivered (not worth it - took an extra week after I approved the design immediately upon receiving the email and received no updates prior to the proof) we had a 4 week delay because they forgot to add the hood on the hoodie, and the hood is literally the tiniest thinnest piece of scrap fabric possible. Cant pull it up over the head and would rip off easily. Not sure why it took an extra month and I received 0 update until I messaged Kaylee from customer service several times, and she did not have anything to say other than it's handmade and I had to ask multiple times why it was taking an entire month to add a very.. poorly done hood. However my son likes it and it looks like the design. It was supposed to ship by May 2, did not ship until May 30. Arrived June 2.

I wouldn’t give it five stars, except that the arms were supposed to be yellow, not orange and my son was a little upset about it. Everything else was perfect the way that they brought it to life was amazing with all of the ridges in the legs and the body and the spikes down the tail, it was perfect.

Didn't add a fluffy tail (2nd time) i included it on the original description. Changed the eyes from all black to brown. Other than that it's great. We'll be back again.

It was great! The quality was great too! Yeah the plush wasn’t exactly the same as the picture but I still love it! It’s so cool how they can take a picture and make it into your own plush! I’m glad that they also update you every step of the way.

Budsies is a very kind and understanding company. Not only is the ordering experience really flexible -- you have plenty of options, but also the things that happen after ordering are just as great. Unfortunately there must have been a problem with shipping and delivery, which I can understand, they had lost a plush I ordered, but after I reached out? They're making me another for no charge at all. Really and truly, a very professional and well handled business. My experience with Budsies has been out of this world for it being my first experience, and this surely won't be the last time I make a purchase.

They got the details right on my character and shipping was a breeze! My only complaint is that they forgot to sew a few places, causing some stuffing to come out. It was an easy fix, though!

I love the plushie, it looks exactly as I expected. The only problem is that there is some fabric that is poorly sewn, the seam that holds the hair I had to fix it a few times because it is fragile, but there are no serious defects like the seams of the body, but in my opinion, they made it very good with the design, I hope they can make the seam more resistant. :D
