Don’t commission this company for your stuffed animal!
The plushy was exactly what I didn’t want, it looks creepy and I was told there was an additional cost for embroidered features which I didn’t have a problem to pay extra.. but they proceeded with their own design. The plushy looks far from the image provided. It was a cat, but it looks like a wolf/ fox -Annabelle style with long legs…when it was time to review it I was told I didn’t pay for review prior for shipping. If you are asking so much money, you should allow people to review what they are signing up for. I ended up paying almost 200$ for a creepy ugly looking stuffed animal my child refused to even look at it. I was also out of town and asked the company to ship it for my return instead they just sent it while I wasn’t home and it was sitting on my porch for several days. Worse experience ever. Don’t ask for photos and details if you are going to do your own thing..

Our Sneak Peeks are an optional upgrade that lets you request rounds of changes to the plushie with our designers, and that's where the additional cost is from! We also checked with our team and they unfortunately did not hear from you about holding your order once it arrived to our headquarters.
