It was so exciting and fun to put in all the details for our buddy. My daughter loves making art and this really pushed her into wanting to make her own toys!

Everyone needs a Budsies!! I ordered a Budsies twice for my daughter. Both times we were In love with it! The attention to detail, high quality materials, and customer service are all above and beyond. And- of course having your child's artwork brought to "life" is amazing! Well done Budsies. Keep up the great work.

I’m an aspiring author, and the most magical thing in the world is being able to see my characters come to life. I can write and draw them all day, but there’s nothing quite like being able to hold a physical piece of this book that I’ve poured years of myself into. I ordered two plushies of my main characters and they turned out perfect. It was so amazing to be able do this, and I’m so glad a place like Budsies exists.

We bought a puppet that reminded us of our elderly cat, who left us sleeping this summer... artists and customer service managers were closed to us every step of the way in every phase of creation and shipping. I really wanted a plush of my original character, and after looking around for a bit I decided on a Specialty Budsie. I submitted my drawing and the description of what he should look like, and a few days later I started getting email updates about the process. However, after the update that my plush was in production, I didn’t hear anything for several months, but I figured they were just taking their time. After 3 months since ordering I decided to contact them to ask if they had any updates on my plush, and I got a reply that they hadn’t started yet, but would give my order priority now (maybe they forgot about him or were just really busy, I don’t know). A week later I got my first sneak peak, and after requesting some changes I got the final version about another week later. The designer I spoke to was very friendly and helpful throughout the process, and the service overall was really good. Soon afterwards my plush was mailed, although it took another 3 weeks for him to arrive (but that wasn’t at the hands of Budsies of course). I just received my plush and he looks absolutely incredible with lots of beautiful details, and I love him even more than what he looked like the pictures I was sent. They took all of my wishes into account, and I’m very happy. For me the entire process took 4,5 months (I ordered March 29th and got it August 17th), but since I didn’t have a deadline it didn’t really matter for me. If you’re looking to get a Budsie as a gift however I would recommend ordering way in advance, because as my experience shows it can sometimes take longer than the estimated turnaround time. Overall I’m very happy with my experience and the final result, and would definitely recommend this company!

I had a wonderful experience with creating our book characters into plushies with Budsies. The staff were very kind, courteous and helpful and they’re so creative and my daughter and I are thrilled with the results! Both characters look awesome and the attention to detail and quality of products used was exceptional! We are so thrilled with the way our book characters have turned out. Thank you so much to everyone at Budsies for doing such an awesome job :)

Buddies did a wonderful job. Bea ( my plush ) looks just like how I drew her. Even her antenna are the same. I was expecting them to droop because I didn’t think they had anything to hold the shape but they have really sturdy stuffing material ( educated guess. ) The embroidered details on her face and wings are very well done no loose threads no peeling the line work is precise, and when Buddsies says they make their plushies with TLC they mean it! Because they even embroidered the underside of my bee’s wings! Attention to detail is always a good ( and very appropriated ) sign. They even checked to make sure that she was satisfyingly plump and huggable like I asked. The material she is made out of is very soft like a plush blanket. The long faux fur is not as soft but still pleasing to the touch. The short faux fur is SOOOO! SOFT!! Like puppy fur! The heart insert I paid extra for is super strong you can feel the heartbeat throughout the entire plushy. The Buddsies team is great at picking out colors! Even if the swatches they provide you might not quite match what you invision. Finally the communication was great, when I had a question or something they would respond in a timely fashion. Taking a day at most. Over all you can expect the same feel of a standard store bought plush with even better quality.

I ordered a Budsie Military Plush for my Disabled Army Veteran Father. At the time he was in his 80s, and at home on life support. He was conscious, although unable to speak. He loved the Budsie of himself in uniform, complete with medals. The Budsie design team was very conscientious in replicating photos of his officer rank and military awards and decorations. They were in touch with me on a regular basis to ensure the design was accurate. Now that my father is deceased, my stepmother has a personalized plush of him as a personal memorial.
