Hi Steven! We're so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your Budsies experience so far! We checked with our team, and unfortunately your order did not have holiday rush added on, so our team could not guarantee Christmas delivery. The Sneak Peek was also sent from our system! It was available for 4 days, and after our team didn't hear back for that period of time we automatically prepared your order to get it to you as soon as possible! With that being said, we want to make sure you end your Budsies experience on a high note! Since we only use safety approved plush material, we unfortunately can't replicate plastic like in the character picture you sent. We'd love to see how we can help with your order!
