I like Brylanehome’s products but I will never do business with them again. The trash can I purchased a month ago arrived damaged. When I did reach customer service (which took two days), the agent was just short of rude and annoyed about helping me. To date I have received neither a replacement nor a refund. Just not worth the trouble to shop with them.

First and ONLY time customer. Placed order on 4/11, received order shipped email on 4/13 and FedEx tracking number provided. I check the tracking number and it says the label has been created but the package has not been received. Ok, cool. That's expected since its the same day. Fast forward to 7 days later and the status is the same. Label created but package has not been received. Silly me, I call Brylane Home. Why oh why did I do that? This is thee most dishonest company I've dealt with in awhile. I was told I have to wait 30 days before cancelling the order for a refund because they have to make sure the package isn't lost. Excuse me? The package is at the warehouse. FedEx did not lose the package. After explaining to the rep, what she is saying makes sense IF the package was given to FedEx, however, that's not the case here. I asked if there is anyone they can contact to confirm where the order is. Response: No. But yet they have already billed my card and I will have to pay for an item that they are just sitting on. Horrible customer service. I was told someone would call me to discuss the issue further. Here we are 2 days later and no call. Is anyone surprised? I'm not. What I am going to do, however, is dispute the charge on my card and write a review on any and all platforms available. Oh, did I tell you they tried to charge my card TWICE for the same order? That's a whole other long story, that finally got resolved TODAY. Please do yourself a favor and just skip past this company and all the ones affiliated with it.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BrylaneHome AGAIN! I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered two items one month ago: a comforter and a bedspread. Their comforter arrived several days later, but their bedspread did not. I called customer service after a week and was told that I had to wait another week, to see if the order would still arrive. I waited and called them a week later and was now told that I had to wait a full month before they would call it lost. It was obviously lost, but that reality did not matter to the company, or that this was a gift. Now a month later and three waiting-on-line calls, after my initial order, they have finally admitted it actually never shipped. They credited back the cost of the item. I reordered the same item and asked them to waive the shipping charges since I had never received the item and it took three calls and a month to establish that fact. They would not do that. They offered nothing and were not even apologetic. They appear to not care about customer satisfaction or having reasonable, timely, workable rules. I would never order from BrylaneHome again and suggest you don't either.

I called to find out why and no one could give an explanation that made sense so I requested to cancel the order, to which they refused even though the items weren't processed or shipped. I called my bank to stop payment and once they realized this they updated the status of the items to "shipped" and used another name to charge my account. Fast forward, and it's been over a week since they claimed the items were "shipped" but nothing was actually shipped. The tracking number they provided states "FedEx label created" and the status went back to "ready to go" please read the reviews on this company before you become a victim of this scam, their fraudulence is well documented throughout the internet. Please be aware!!!!

don't waste your time or money - took months to receive an order that was promised in 10 days. I'm going back to Overstock.com

I placed a order in March received one item and was told the pots that I ordered were on back order and would be delivered April 9 2021. April 3,2021 I received an email from Brylane Home stating that I would not receive my order until July 2021 and that they were sorry for my inconvenience and please accept 20% off on them on my next order. I tried calling and each time the system stated that could not take my call at this time and call back another time. So I called choosing the place a new order option and finally got a human infant the same guy who took my order the first time ( Michael) a guy with a weird accent who tried to offer me 10% off my order and I said no I would like a refund when I asked how long will it take to refund my card he it take a billing cycle so I asked how long will a billing cycle take? "Thinking he would say 5-7 days ' he said a month and asked why so long he got quiet and I and tried not to answer so before he would pass me off more by hanging up I just hung up the and contacted the BBB office and now here I am writing this review. I would that you not order from this place 😒 👎👎

The worst accounting system I have ever experienced. They charged my cc for 2 amounts for 1 item on the same day. Speaking to their representative was even worst no matter how many years of experience he said he had. He claimed he didn't know how both charges were on my cc. He gave me a complete different amount that was due. I told him multiple times what Brylane charged my cc and what should I do. His suggestion was to dispute the difference. I'm sure this is not the end of the disaster. However; it is the end of me ordering from them ever.

TOO MANY BACK ORDER. ORDERED 5 ITEMS AND ALL OF THEM ON BACK ORDER. THEY SHIPPED MY ITEMS WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW. NO TRACKING OR STATUS SENT TO MY EMAIL. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HARD TO REACH, ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR. CHAT AGENT WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON MY BEFORE CONCLUDING THE PROBLEM. THEY CHARGED ME $95. SHIPPING FOR WEEKS TO GET MY ITEMS. FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER USED BRYLANE HOME.... LAST TIME. GOING BACK TO WAYFAIR.
