I rarely write reviews but will make an exception because I hated the experience buying from Bryan Anthonys. Reading the reviews now, I find it disrespectful that 16+ reviewers refer to a misleading / lack of transparency around TOTAL costs incurred. BA's stock response is shameful - completely avoiding their customers' consistent feedback "nothing is hidden... stay healthy :)". This is the process I experienced: 1. BS use Facebook to target adverts from their (USA) business to Customer here in UK. In this case my wife likes a piece. 2. Everything is displayed as if its seemingly a local UK business (prices displayed in local currency £ etc, quick delivery times). 3. When you go thru the order process the fact that its coming from overseas is not fully transparent. (Subsequently they have added a small print about not being liable for taxes). 4. They let you click thru multiple screens to get you committed toward purchase before suggesting you really ought to pay the fastest (most expensive) shipping method to ensure arrival on time (particularly in the run up to a public holiday). (As it turns out one of the cheaper method included taxes - just not the option they highly recommend in large print on the website). 5. DHL then advise you of a Tax bill for import - taxes and delivery almost TREBLED the price of the item. These taxes and extra charges are only confirmed AFTER purchase. 6. I was so disappointed by feeling duped that I tried to reject delivery / return the item. 7. Chased by Customs for payment of fees (including extra handling / charges from DHL, above import tax) which a member of public couldn't reasonably expect / predict. 8. I managed to speak to an agent at BA (Constance) and she told me I was absolutely right in so far as the website was misleading by encouraging you to use the most expensive shipping option (which excludes pre-paying taxes) but was unprepared to do anything about it / help process my return. I have emailed them several times with no reply. And im on the hook for the taxes even if i return the item now. Of course BA could simply state the customs fees on their website to be completely transparent but that might stop people completing the sales process (it certainly could have done for me). (They clearly ship '00s of items to UK as their advertising is so successful). I am disappointed with the quality and after shipping and taxes, paid almost £90 for something they advertise at £35, that's probably worth £20. And leaves me feeling cheated. Avoid. PS BA - dont reply with your stock "nothing is hidden" answer. Take the feedback on board! Update 19 Feb 2021 BA explained they have updated their process to advise import tax fees due at the point of sale so as to set the right expectations with their customers and remove this issue. Therefore I updated my rating to 3 stars as it seems this should go a long way to fixing this issue. Thank you.

My fiancée absolutely loves the products. The simplicity of some pieces with such a powerful meaning and message behind them makes a nice touch for any person to show someone exactly how they feel!

My parcel was lost by shipping company on its way to the UK. Bryan Anthony’s showed me proof they had sent it and this is what happened. Once I e-mailed them regarding this they get back to me within a day or two and offered to send me a replacement at not extra cost despite it not being their fault. Their customer service was outstanding and the employees who dealt with my enquiry were so friendly and helpful. I never usually write reviews but I am so impressed by this company that I really felt that I had to! The jewellery is also beautiful so I couldn’t complain at all.

Is as beautiful as described! I have now bought 3 neckalaces from Bryan Anthonys so my sisters and I all have the same necklace to feel bonded together with while all living in different states. Would recommend to anyone wanting a more sentimental but usable gift.

I ordered a necklace the beginning of December and I have still not received it two months later. When I contact them about shipping they send me to DHL but DHL sends me back to them. I have contacted both numerous times and yet I still have no answer.

The necklace that I bought was beautiful and came in a cute package. It looks exactly like it does on the website, and my best friend got so excited when she got it. However it took a long time before I got it, and the shipping was a bit expensive. I ordered mine in December and got it 29. January. I live in Norway. So order it at least three months before you need it;) The shipment method I chose, was the cheapest. It’s worth the wait, and it’s not a scam <3

When I stumbled across this company, it was the best. I’ve ordered many pieces and always love gifting to others.
