My daughter has had this necklace only a month and it’s already broken. Very disappointed. Edited to say that when I reached out to customer service, I was able to return the necklace for a replacement. So far, so good.

Easy to order online. Quality merchandise with heartfelt messages. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing on a previous order in December.
